These legal agreements govern your use of the 7ID App, available for use on iPhones, Android phones, and other hardware. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
By using the 7ID App ("Service", "App", "Application"), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions governing the developers' relationship with you. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our Service.
The term 7ID ("we", "us", "our") refers to the owner of the App. The term "you" refers to the user of the App.
We provide a utility mobile application, the 7ID App, which allows you to create passport and ID photos. You may use the Service for your personal and business use. You are responsible for obtaining internet access and the equipment necessary to download and use the Service. With the help of the Service, you can create and edit content, and if you choose, you can publish and share such content.
The use of our Service is subject to the following terms of use:
Some functionality of the Service is available under either in-app payments or subscription plans of various durations. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you downgrade your paid subscription plan to a free plan. Payments will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited-time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time-sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
You may cancel a subscription through your App Store or Google Play Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Personal information you provide to 7ID through the Service is governed by 7ID Privacy Policy. Your election to use the Service indicates your acceptance of the terms of the 7ID Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activities that occur in the App. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of the App, or otherwise.
You may transmit or publish content created by you using the Services. However, you shall be solely responsible for such content and the consequences of its transmission or publication. Any content made public will be publicly accessible through the internet and may be crawled and indexed by search engines. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not accidentally make any private content publicly available.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS-AND-AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. 7ID EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 7ID MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE OF ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR MOBILE TELEPHONE, WIRELESS DEVICE, OR DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM 7ID, ITS EMPLOYEES, OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE AGREEMENT.
YOU AGREE THAT 7ID SHALL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF 7ID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
We may modify this Agreement upon notice to you at any time through a service announcement. If we make significant changes to the Agreement that affect your rights, you will be provided with at least 30 days' advance notice of the changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change to the Agreement will be deemed to be your agreement to the modified Agreement.
